Usually focused on industrial equipment, a Maintenance Electrician is qualified to make repairs, replace parts, and troubleshoot any problems that might arise.
An Electrical Fitter is an electrician that is focused on the electrical wiring system, specifically in power stations or large company buildings. An Electrical Fitter will set up the system and make sure that specific machinery is able to run.
A Construction Electrician is an electrician that works with a construction company during the building of a new home or building. They are responsible for making sure that all the electrical wiring coincides with the blueprints for the building, and that all the wiring functions correctly and meets the building code requirements.
An Electrical Engineer is an electrician who has undergone more in-depth and extensive training in order to be able to design and develop full electrical systems. An Electrical Engineer’s training usually involves more in-depth engineering courses.
